A very powerful and skilful defender, Danny joined Harrogate on a free transfer during July 2011.
Following a trial at Leeds United, Danny was spotted by Huddersfield Town where he worked his way up through the youth setup. A move to York City followed and again, Danny impressed in the reserves for the “Minstermen.”
The chance to play abroad presented itself and Danny moved to Ange IF of Sweden where he won their “Young Player of the Season” award.
On returning back to England, Danny had an unsuccessful trial at Blue Square Bet Premier side Luton Town.
Danny sustained an injury in pre-season against Spennymoor Town and is out for the season.
