Fixtures & Results
Harrogate Town Ladies Reserves play in the West Riding Counties Premier League which features several local derbies including Harrogate Railway, Ripon City and Wetherby Athletic.
The Reserves is headed up by Manager Matt Gosling and Assistant Manager Tom Brotherton. Tom is a new addition to the coaching team this year and has made an instant impact.
The Reserves are a young squad captained by Emily Topham, who provides the cool, calm, experienced head to the team, whilst being a great role model for the younger players to look up to.
The Reserves train as a team once a week as a squad, however, a number or reserve players are called up to both first team training sessions each week as an additional opportunity to learn, develop and test their footballing ability.
We are proud to say that a number of reserve players have and will continue to get opportunities to feature for the first team squad. Our Ladies set up incorporates a clear and progressive pathway for all players from PDC to first team.
Home games are played at St John Fishers on 3G on a Sunday. Games will either be played prior to the first team game or a 2pm kick off if the first team are away. Keep up to date with the latest fixture information vis our social media channels and website.
Like the first team, the reserves are also supported by two fantastic strength and conditioning and injury prevention coaches, James Logan Strudwick and Emily Dingley, ensuring the girls are in getting the elite support they require to excel in training and matches as well as the nutritional, lifestyle and recovery advice they need to support their day to day life and be in peak physical condition.
