Myles for the NHS

Harrogate Town fans have been nominated by our friends at AFC Fylde, to take part in an amazing fundraising challenge on Saturday 16th May, to raise vital funds for our NHS.

‘Myles for the NHS’ is a fundraising event for the National League set up by Myles Anderson, the Hartlepool United player.

Myles is hosting a London Marathon Remix, on Instagram, in which our supporters can get involved, by creating teams of people to run, walk or cycle 26 miles! For example, 26 supporters may walk/run 1 mile each on Saturday, or perhaps 4 fans wish to cycle 6.5 miles each!

AFC Fylde fans pulled together last weekend to run, walk and cycle an amazing 149 miles between them, in turn raising a superb total of £589.

We are hopeful that the Yellow and Black Army can beat this total on Saturday 16th and set a new benchmark!

All participants are asked to donate a minimum of £1, and can forward the message to others who may wish to sponsor or donate, via the following link;

We would like all supporters who take part to send in photo’s/videos of themselves on Saturday 16th May, in their Town colours to our Twitter, Facebook and in particular our Instagram page. Fans are also encouraged to tag @MYLES_FOR_THE_NHS on Instagram, turning the account ‘Yellow and Black’ for one day only!

The idea of the challenge is to pass the ‘baton’ to all teams in the National League, and as such, we would like to nominate our friends at Hartlepool United as the next team to take on 'Myles For The NHS'.

Thank you for your support, and we urge everyone to participate in any they can for an incredibly worthy cause.’
