Vacancy - Ticket Office Manager

Harrogate Town AFC are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated Ticket Office Manager to be responsible for developing and managing the ticketing operations.

The successful candidate will be briefed with the development and execution of ticketing, marketing and business insight at the club. They will be responsible for the management of home and away match ticket sales, delivering the highest quality of customer service. They will also play a leading role in developing smarter strategies to attract, grow and retain attendances at The EnviroVent Stadium.

We're looking for an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and a positive and professional attitude. This is a great opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join an EFL club at an exciting time. The workload will sometimes be hectic but the atmosphere is cheerful and proactive.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work evenings and weekends on matchdays. This role will be permanent and full time – 37.5 hours per week.

Term: Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
