Virtual Open Evening

Harrogate Town FC are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a ‘Virtual Open Evening’ for our education programme on Monday 1st June at 6.00pm in collaboration with our education partners VLUK.

The virtual open evening has been devised to give prospective students an opportunity to get an insight into what Harrogate Town can offer them.

The evening will be operated virtually via video call, kicking off at 6pm with a welcome talk from our Head of BTEC Recruitment and First Team Captain Josh Falkingham and Neil Ouldridge, Head of Study Programmes from VLUK. This will then be followed by a PowerPoint presentation that will include videos with information about what the course can offer, before ending the evening with an opportunity to interact with Josh and Neil and ask any questions you may have.

On the evening, we plan to give you a more in-depth overview of Harrogate Town, that prospective students would typically get on our open evenings. Unfortunately, given the current worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and necessary restrictions, this is something we are unable to do, and as such we want to give you an insight to our programme and what it can offer you from the comfort and safety of your own homes.

Aspects of the programme that will be covered on the evening will include, but are not limited to the following: –

  • Introduction of our coaching team
  • Introduction of our education partners and course options
  • Student pathways
  • Success stories
