Harrogate Town have completed the loan signing of Middlesbrough striker Mitchell Curry.
The 18-year-old joins the club on an initial month long loan deal, and will be eligible to play tomorrow afternoon when York City visit The CNG Stadium.
Curry signed a professional contract with ‘Boro in October 2016 and has featured heavily in the Under 23 setup at The Riverside Stadium.
Assistant Manager Paul Thirlwell said: “He's a very high energy player, a strong, powerful runner who can stretch teams.
“We watched him playing for Middlesborough U23's and he has scored a lot of goals there and now comes in for a month to give us a boost in an area of the pitch we need it.
“He's a great lad who is hungry to get game time and to be around the first team, which is an opportunity we can give him here.”
We would like to welcome Mitchell to the club.
