PDC Take on Hull City Academy

On Wednesday night our Player Development Centre took on Championship opposition in Hull City.

The night turned provided a valuable lesson against a strong and talented Hull City side from a long established academy system.

Despite the final score, Ben Parker's side showed great determination with every player giving complete commitment right up until the final whistle.

Parker commented afterwards: “The lads all did really well against a a strong side and we should be proud how far we have come in such a short space of time when compared to the long established academy set ups we are competing against."

“We will take these learning blocks into practice during coaching sessions and in the upcoming games programme.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the players and parents who made the long trip over.
