Town travel to Maidstone this weekend, who will be under the stewardship of new Manager Harry Wheeler for the first time.
The former Billericay boss takes over from Jay Saunders, inheriting a side currently 22nd in The National League, though a second home win of the season could lift them out of the drop zone. The Stones are now in their fourth season as a National League club and will be looking to improve on last season's 19th place finish.
Maidstone managed six league wins at The Gallagher Stadium during the 2017/18 season and are one of four National League clubs to have a 3G pitch.
Wheeler's first job will be to halt a run of five straight defeats against a Town side that sit top of the league, having scored six more than the league's next top scorers.
Maidstone's new boss told his club's media department: "You'll hear us on the sideline on Saturday. We will be there ready to fight and play the game. We will do anything to win the game within the right manner."
Simon Weaver's side are now unbeaten in 13 competitive matches and have scored 10 goals in the last three games, 10 more than The Stones who have not found the net during that time.
Five goals each from Dom Knowles and Jack Muldoon have helped Town in front of goal, though Saturday's opponents have a prolific scorer themselves with Blair Turgott matching Town's front two with five goals.
The sides will be meeting for the first time, though Town will be without Josh Falkingham, Jack Emmett, Jordan Thewlis and Ryan Fallowfield who remain injured.
