We are delighted to announce members of our Player Development Centre Academy will be taking on one of the biggest names in English Football this month.
A combination of our Under 8s and 9s will take on Manchester United Development Under 8s on Friday 21st September at The CNG Stadium.The fixture will be a fantastic showcase of our Player Development Centre with participants able to test skills acquired over the past two seasons against some of the countries' best young footballers.
The new PDC Academy has been launched this year to allow participants access to the additional coaching support they require to reach their maximum potential.
We are very excited about the future of our Player Development Centre and continuing the growth of our youth development programme to shape the stars of the future.
Head of PDC Ben Parker said: “It's another exciting fixture to look forward to and shows that the PDC is going in the right direction.
“By playing against some of the best young players in the country, it's the perfect opportunity for our players to test themselves and more importantly, enjoy the experience.”
