Thank you to all the participants in the PDC and their parents, the attendance figures have again been high this season, everyone seems to have brought along a great attitude and it is really important that we keep driving this forward as a club.
To see the growth from when we started back in September to where we are now has been a huge achievement and wouldn't have happened without the dedication of players and parents alike.We have seen record numbers throughout the season, even to a point where we have had to put on a third night to accommodate this.
The new addition this season has been that of the Academy and this has excelled with the successful monthly games programme all age groups have taken part in.
The coaches that are involved in the PDC have really come forward with the right passion and knowledge, allowing the games programme to be a huge success.
There were many positives throughout the season, both collectively in tournaments and matches, and individually, with several players progressing from the Elite Development squads to the Academy, and players being scouted for and going on trial at Football League clubs.
We are now looking to build on a solid foundation to push even further and make sure the standards continue to progress.
While it will be challenging, we want it to remain an enjoyable set up for kids to thrive.
A huge thank you again to all the boys and girls who have played their part in another successful season of our Player Development Centre, we have got a good enthusiasm throughout and will keep striving to maintain that.
