Monday 11th November's FA Cup clash with Portsmouth is now completely sold out!

Home Supporters

Home supporters are to enter via the North turnstiles, which will be clearly marked. Please ensure that you have your ticket or the barcode on your e-ticket ready for presentation at the turnstiles to ensure quick admission. Once inside, you will be able to walk around the ground right around to the 1919 bar.

Supporters with tickets for the Aon Stand will be asked to enter via the two back entrances to the stand, where they will be required to show their ticket or e-ticket to the stewards. If you wish to leave the stand to visit the facilities or concession kiosks, you must show your ticket to the steward again on re-entry

Supporters with tickets to the Family (Car Park) and Myrings South terraces will be asked to show their tickets to the stewards upon entry to the stands.

We are operating a reserved seating system for this fixture in the Greene King IPA stand and you are kindly requested to sit in the seat clearly allocated on your ticket (row and seat number are provided). Season Tickets are not valid for this fixture, therefore the names on the seats are to be ignored, as long as you are sat in your allocated seat.
 
Opening Times

All turnstiles will open at 5.30pm. The 1919 bar and food outlets are also open from the same times. Getting to the ground early means you can make the most of your day at Harrogate Town. We recommend you plan to arrive at the ground at least 45 minutes before the start of the game to ensure quick entry.
 
Match Day Programme

A Match Day programme will be on sale priced at £3.00 from a variety of outlets within the ground.
 
Visiting Supporters

The South turnstiles will also be open from 5.30pm for Portsmouth supporters.

Away fan entry is via advance ticket only which can only be purchased direct from Portsmouth FC (subject to availability). There will be no sales on the day at The CNG Stadium.

There is no access to the 1919 bar for Portsmouth supporters.

The Harrogate Arms (HG1 2QU) in the town centre, offer 20% off all food and drink for any supporters with a match ticket, both pre and post-match. They also show live sport on both Sky and BT.

Non-alcoholic refreshments, hot and cold, along with a range of food will be available within the away section of the ground

Getting To The Match

Public Transport; Match-day deal with The Harrogate Bus Company – It's only £2 for adults and £1 for kids on the 7 which stops right outside The CNG Stadium every 30 minutes.Park in Harrogate town centre or get the train to Harrogate Station then hop on the 7 at the Bus Station. Show the driver your match ticket, or your Harrogate Town shirt or scarf, to get this super deal!

If you are coming from Starbeck, Knaresborough, Wetherby or anywhere in the Harrogate area the group ticket is a great way for your and your friends/family to get to the match. Up to five people can travel for just £9 using the group ticket.

Coming from York - Trains from York are every hour and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Hop on the 7 bus at the bus station and show your match ticket to the driver to get your discounted fare.

The CNG Stadium is roughly a 25 minute walk from Harrogate Station - HG1 1TE. (1.1 Miles).

Coming from Leeds - Trains from Leeds depart every 30 minutes from arrive at Hornbeam Park Station 30 minutes later.  The CNG Stadium is a 25 minute walk from Hornbeam Park Station - HG2 8BW. (1.3 Miles)
Harrogate Train Station and The Bus Station are next to each other.

Harrogate Train station connects directly with Leeds and York which have direct links with the main centres across the country Manchester, London, Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool.
 
Car Parking

There is no parking inside The CNG Stadium. Parking is subject to local restrictions on most of the residential streets around the ground, including Wayside Crescent and St Nicholas Road.

Match Day parking can be accessed at Kingswood Surgery, located on Wetherby Road, or Cedar Court Hotel on Park Parade, HG1 5AH, for £5 per vehicle on a first come first served basis.

Anyone wishing to park at Cedar Court Hotel, which is a five minute walk from the ground, must enter their vehicle details and card details on the iPads in reception. 

There are other roads close to the ground where parking is possible, but we would ask you to be respectful of local residents and ensure that you do not block or infringe driveways.

Alternatively, we are only a 10-15 minute walk from the Town centre (1 mile) where a number of car parks are available.
  
Food and Drink

We have options to suit all budgets at Harrogate Town, with a number of concessions around the ground where you and your family can pick up traditional matchday food and a mixture of hot & cold beverages before and during the match.

If you're looking for a place to chill out before and after the match, then there is no better place to go than the Nineteen Nineteen Venue.

 Situated within the The CNG Stadium for home supporters, the Nineteen Nineteen bar offers supporters the chance to get together and enjoy the company of other Town fans in comfortable and safe surroundings.
 
Stadium security and safety

All our matches are manned by fully trained SIA Security Stewards who can be easily identified by their uniform. Please ask any questions as they will be happy to assist. We have trained medics in attendance, two Defib Units on site and first aiders to attend to minor issues. We would urge you not to bring bags to the stadium as we do have a Stop & Search Policy which is generally overseen by the local police outside the stadium at the turnstiles.

Please be reminded that it is illegal for a person entering a sports stadium to possess a firework, flare or smoke bomb, and it is also illegal for a person under 18 to purchase or be in possession of a flare or smoke bomb. Letting off a firework, flare or smoke bomb at a sports stadium is a criminal offence and could result in a police prosecution, banning orders and prison sentences.
