Our pre-season, Carabao Cup and EFL Trophy opponents have been confirmed, with Hull City, Grimsby and Tranmere Rovers just some of the opponents Town will be facing during the opening months.

Tuesday's Carabao Cup Round One draw paired Town with fellow League Two side Tranmere Rovers, with Simon Weaver's side set to travel to Prenton Park for the first time on Saturday 5th September, subject to any TV coverage or international call-up related changes.

Our first EFL Trophy group has also been confirmed, with Town taking on Hull City, Grimsby and Leicester City U21s, the first fixture of which takes place on September 8/9th.

Before that, we will be finalising preperations for the 2020/21 season with a series of pre-season friendlies.

Up first is a trip to Middlesborough U23s on Friday 21st August (Kick-off 4pm), before a trip to Brighouse Town on Tuesday 25th August (Kick-off 7.30pm).

Our final pre-season friendly will take place behind closed doors on Saturday 29th August with a 3pm kick-off away at Sunderland.
