Salford City Fixture Attendance Update

14 December 2020

After a successful ‘test event' against Forest Green Rovers on 5th December 2020, we are pleased that we will be able to open the Main Seated Stand, Car Park Terrace and Aon ‘Kop' stand for our SkyBet League Two fixture against Salford City on Saturday 19th December.

As we will again be operating at a reduced capacity, we will only be able to accommodate season ticket holders at this fixture.

The club will this week be contacting everyone who placed a deposit for a 2020/21 season ticket, in order to complete the purchase and confirm the season ticket. We would ask all of those who bought a deposit, to check their emails in the first instance. We would expect all emails to be issued by Wednesday 16th December.

Due to COVID restrictions, we will have to put in place the below process for full season ticket sales;

Seated Season Tickets

Those supporters who had previously purchased a seated ticket in the main stand for the 2019/20 National League season, and have subsequently purchased a deposit for a RENEWAL 2020/21 SkyBet League Two seated season ticket, will be offered the opportunity to purchase a full 2020/21 EFL League Two seated season ticket to cover the remaining 15 home EFL fixtures.

These seats will be allocated by the club to ensure maximum capacity, and will be non-transferable. We would ask these supporters to confirm who they wish to sit with in a ‘bubble', if anyone, as again, we will be unable to amend the seats after purchase.

Unfortunately, while COVID restrictions remain in place and we are required to socially distance, we are unable to offer a main stand seat to supporters who placed a NEW deposit for the main stand seats. Alternatively, these supporters will be offered the opportunity to purchase a full 2020/21 Season Ticket in any of our standing terraces, subject to availability in each stand.

Once COVID restrictions are lifted, and we can return to full capacity, those supporters who purchased a deposit for a NEW seated ticket for the 2020/21 season, will again be given first option on the preferred seat they indicated at the time of original purchase.

Should any supporter who purchased a NEW seated season ticket for the 2020/21 season, who does not wish to take up the offer to buy a full standing season ticket, as per the above, will be entitled to a refund of their deposit, in the good faith in which it was originally purchased.

Standing Season Tickets

Those supporters who purchased a deposit for either a RENEWAL or NEW standing season ticket for the 2020/21 season, will be contacted to upgrade to a full 2020/21 season ticket.

The cost of a full season ticket will be calculated on a pro rate basis for the 16 games covering the period from the Forest Green Rovers match on 5th December 2020 to our final home fixture vs Cambridge United on 1st May 2021 – 16 games in total. Any deposits paid will be deducted from the balance remaining.

Once payment has been received for the full 2020/21 season tickets, an e-ticket be issued which will allow the purchaser entry to the remaining home fixtures, including the Salford City match this weekend. We will also be producing physical season cards which we hope to send out early in the New Year.

No other deposits shall be refunded.

We will not have any general sale tickets will be available for the Salford City fixture on Saturday 19th December.

Please direct any questions to tickets@harrogatetownafc.com in the first instance, as again our phone lines are incredibly busy at the moment.

Thank you for your support.
