2019/20 Season Ticket Options

We are pleased to now be in a position to communicate the options that our 2019/20 Season Ticket and Half Season Ticket holders will be offered in respect of the National League fixtures which were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We have been humbled by the number of supporters who have got in touch with the club, and who wish to waive their entitlement to a refund, in order to directly boost the playing budget, and give Simon and the team the additional benefit of these monies for the 2020/21 season.

We also completely understand and appreciate that some supporters may not be in a position to donate their money to the club, and as a result, we have formulated a number of options that we hope will benefit supporters, based on their own unique circumstances, as outlined below;
 
Option 1 – Waive the offer of a refund and directly contribute to the 2020-21 playing budget
 
Should a supporter choose this option, any monies will be retained by the club and invested directly in Simon's playing budget for next season.
 
Option 2 - Four tickets to be redeemed during the 2020/21 season
 
Should a supporter choose this option, they would receive four vouchers that can be exchanged for a match ticket to any league fixture(s), subject to availability, during the 2020/21 season.
 
Option 3 – Club Shop credit
 
Should a supporter choose this option, they would be issued with shop credit to the equivalent value of the monies for the four cancelled fixtures, PLUS an extra game by way of a thank you from the club, i.e 5/23rds of the price paid for the season ticket, or 5/10ths of a half season ticket.  We hope to release some exciting news on this front in the very near future!
 
Option 4 – Pro Rata Refund
 
Should a supporter choose this option, they would be issued with a refund to the value of 4/23rds of the price paid for their season ticket, or 4/10ths of a half season ticket.
 
We hope that season ticket holders can see a suitable option of those detailed above, and would urge everyone who can do so, to choose one of the alternative options to a refund in these times where the club has received no income since March 2020. This will afford Simon and the team the best opportunity possible for the 2020/21 season.
 
The club will contact all supporters directly in due course to discuss which option each Season Ticket holder wishes to choose, but would ask that supporters appreciate the heavy workload involved during the 2019/20 National League Play Offs, and as such, we will contact you from the week commencing Monday 2nd August onwards. Any enquiries before this date are welcomed, via email to tickets@harrogatetownafc.com, but will be dealt with only from Monday 2nd August onwards.
