The Gaffer on facing Carlisle United...
"It's certainly going to be a big challenge. We've got to be prepared, organised and not put off our own game. They're a big, strong and physical team which load the box and try win the first ball.
"They get bodies round that and put long throws into the box, similar to the Cheltenham style. They've done brilliantly though and we have to be really up for it as they're a side who could go on to win the league.
On frozen pitches...
"There's consistency with a good 3G surface, you know games will be on. Unfortunately we've had a lot of cases of postponements and it's not just that, these surfaces are far away from the ones back in the 1980s. They're good passing surfaces and suit passing teams.
"They also give you a chance for a continuity of games and what it did for our community with the boys and girls teams, it was a fantastic facility."
On online abuse...
"It can't be tolerated. Social media can be an outlet for people to vent their anger about life and there's a lot of hate and those people should be exposed and banned."
On training ahead of Carlisle...
"It's nice to train in the sun. I got out the car this morning and it was five above freezing and felt like meditaranien weather compared to what we've been used to.
It's going to be a bright session today. The lads have come in buoyant and are looking forward to the prospect of a cracking game of football, adding to what we've learnt in the last few weeks.
"We had a practice game in house, we've got a big enough squad to do that now and it showed players are really on it so we're just looking forward to the challenge and if we can do well against Carlisle, it'll be another boost for confidence. "
