Watch the Gaffer's pre match press conference ahead of tomorrow's trip to Barrow...
Weaver on February's results...
It's been a good month for sure. The results have come winning five of the last seven is really positive and puts us in a good position moving forward.
On performance levels...
I've been really pleased with the performance levels because sometimes you've just got to find a way at whatever level you play at to get the wins. To perform how we have has given us the best possible chance.
We've been able to mix it up as well though. You look at the surface at home and it's trying sometimes because we can't get it down as much as we'd like. We don't want to succumb to excuses.
We still need to find ways to win and if that means mixing it up a bit more then we've had to do that. It's been OK for us and we've got results.
On style of play on tired pitches...
Sometimes we go a bit longer in games. It's not as conducive for building up play as frequently. You've got to play to the conditions sometimes and then asses when its right to get it down and play.
I think we did in the first half the other day against Grimsby and I think it's underplaying it saying Harrogate are just energy and direct because I think that's not quite accurate. Yes, energy and we can mix it up at times but also we can display more talent than that on the pitch.
On Mark Beck scoring his first EFL goal...
I was delighted for him. I think it was a fantastic bit of movement in the box and an exquisite header. He's a talented player and he can be stereotyped as an old fashioned number nine and target man, but I think there's so much more to his abilities than that.
On whether Fallowfield, Jones and Kerry will retain their places in the starting XI...
They've given themselves every chance. They were excellent. For me now, it about putting a team out that gives us every chance of getting the win. To do that and to stay energetic, we need to keep people fresh so at times key players will be rested so they can refuel the tank and be ready to go again.
On Barrow...
They've played a particular system in the last two games. They may change it at home or because they've done well in the last two games they'll remain the same. Whatever they put out they'll be organised. Rob Kelly has put his stamp down on the team.
There's a good blend of experience with Quigley, Taylor and James as well as a bit of youth. It's a hard game in prospect and it always is on a Tuesday night at Barrow.
It tests the resilience but we've been on a role we've got a lot of pride in that and we don't want to be soft in our approach, we need to be intense and earn the right again tomorrow night.
