Watch the Gaffer's pre match interview ahead of Saturday's match with Stevenage...
The Gaffer on the current mood around the place...
It's a really good atmosphere amongst players and staff. Everyone is buzzing and looking forward to the next game.
On keeping clean sheets...
It's that quality of depth in the squad which is a lot better than at any time since I arrived. We've been looking behind us on the bench and even the lads left at home, we know we've got good players to choose from each game at the moment and it's all we can ask for.
The pressure was on Warren the other night but he delivered in the heart of the defence with Will Smith, and we've got Jake chomping at the bit too.
On Ed Francis...
Yeah definitely he's in contention (for Saturday). He's been a class act since joining the club and has shown his versatility too. It's just trying to have horses for courses at the moment and that balancing act between sharing it around and not upsetting something that's really working for us.
On Stevenage's form...
What a scoreline that was (against Forest Green) and a brilliant performance. You can see they are a team in form and it's a big challenge ahead.
On concentration levels...
We just don't want to have that blip at all in the 90 minutes. It means its intense all the time with our thoughts and even the communication levels amongst the pairs in the team and across the back line.
They've got to make sure their partner is up for it and on it and concentrating. The turnover of possession is different from higher up where it tends to be in front of you a lot and the oddball is in behind. At any point there can be that surprise ball over the top.
We know that Stevenage have got two front runners who are willing, honest and capable of providing a surprise element at any point.
