Now our first season in the Football League is over, our six loanees have returned to their parent clubs…
Dan Jones makes his way back to Salford after making 26 appearances for Simon Weaver's side. The left back's long throw provided a constant attacking threat and he also managed to get on the score sheet twice, scoring against Leicester u21's at the Keepmoat Stadium and then at the EnviroVent Stadium last month as we battled out a 2-2 draw with Leyton Orient.
Winger Josh McPake has now returned to Rangers following a successful six-month loan. The Scotsman became a near ever present on the left flank, making 24 appearances and scoring four times, including our goal of the season which came in the last minute against Bradford City, which secured our place in the Football League for another season.
Josh March's loan has also officially ended. The striker made an instant impact up front scoring five times in 14 appearances before he suffered a season ending knee injury.
Birmingham duo Josh Andrews and Mitch Roberts both return to the Blues, while William Hondermarck makes his way back to Norwich City.
We'd like to thank all the players for their contributions and we wish them all the best in the future.
Returning from their loan spells are Scott Brown and Joe Leesley, with the former having spent time at Warrington Town and the latter with Boston United.
We currently have three players out on loan in the National League and there's still plenty to play for before the month ends.
Tom Walker is with Stockport County who are currently in third place, battling to secure promotion to the Football League.
Calvin Miller joined Notts County in January and is part of a squad who find themselves sitting seventh in congested league table. 60 points after 37 games puts them right in the mix to secure a play-off spot.
The final loanee to return will be midfielder Connor Kirby, who joined Altrincham in April. Kirby has featured in every game since completing the move and he will be looking for that to continue before the loan expires.
