Sporting Memories is making its return!
Starting on the 8th October at St Mark's Church on Leeds Road, Sporting Memories provides a safe space for older adults to take part in social & physical activities while talking about all things past and present.
The sessions will be held every other Friday between 2-3pm and range from a relaxed tea or coffee chat about a favourite sporting event to a physical activity taking part in chair yoga. All are there to have fun, form friendships and increase well-being.
