Harrogate Town AFC is actively recruiting a Youth Director of Football who will be responsible for shaping the continued success and future direction of the club's U18 age group and beyond.
The successful candidate will also be required to lead the club's coaching staff to prepare young players for the challenge of achieving first-team status.
This is a unique program that requires someone with a strong Footballing background with a clear passion and desire to facilitate the development of players through a patient long-term approach.
The salary for this role will be competitive dependent on qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will report directly to the First-team Manager and Operations Director.
This role will be based at any training ground which is being utilised by the football club or any such place within the UK which may reasonably require for the performance and exercise of the duties of this role.
All employees must understand the clubs safeguarding and anti-discrimination policies and procedures and put these into practice in the workplace. To enable this all employees must undertake the required training as directed by their line manager.
