Jack Muldoon joined the club in 2018 from AFC Flyde. Since then, Muldoon has made over 230 appearances in the yellow & black having found the net over 60 times.
The 34-year-old began his career with Brigg Town in 2008, since then he has gone on to represent club's like Lincoln City, Rochdale and Halifax Town.
During his time with Lincoln, Muldoon was part of the side which won the National League title in the 2016/17 season.
Having been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, Muldoon also spends a lot of his time away from the pitch acting as a role model to those with a similar diagnosis.
