Disability Access at The EnviroVent Stadium

We are committed to ensuring that all visitors, including those with disabilities, can fully enjoy their experience at our stadium. We continuously strive to improve accessibility and make reasonable adjustments to ensure everyone's needs are met.

Sensory Bags
Harrogate Town AFC are excited to be able to offer matchday sensory bags to supporters with disabilities for the remaining matches of the 2023/2024 season.
The bags have been designed for supporters, particularly those with Autism, who attend matches, to make the matchday experience more accessible, comfortable and enjoyable.

All sensory bags will need to be pre-ordered prior to matchday. This can be done so by completing the following application form.

Once ordered, supporters will receive a confirmation email. Supporters can collect their sensory bag, one hour prior to kick off, from the Information Hub at the EnviroVent Stadium, behind the North Stand, on matchday.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SENSORY BAGS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE MAIN OFFICE AT THE END OF THE MATCH.
THESE WILL THEN BE FULLY SANITISED BEFORE BEING USED BY THE NEXT SUPPORTER.
There are a limited number of sensory bags available, which will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
Hearing Loops
We are also very pleased to announce a number of strategically installed hearing loops at various points around the ground.
This system has been implemented to allow fans with hearing impairments to enjoy a more immersive matchday experience.
