An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team here at Harrogate Town AFC through the position of Youth Development Phase Lead Coach
The purpose of this role is to assist the Director of Youth Football within the operations of the clubs PDC and Youth Development phase.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Director of Youth Football to design and implement an age specific coaching curriculum in line with the clubs playing and coaching philosophy ensuring the effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of every coaching session.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Youth Football.
The salary for this role is competitive dependent on qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will be based at Harrogate Town AFC Facilities and Satellite Centres.
All employees must understand the clubs safeguarding and anti-discrimination policies and procedures and put these into practice in the workplace. To enable this all employees must undertake the required training as directed by their line manager.
